Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Ortiz Ventures Group LLC d/b/a Cítriko Events (“Cítriko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
Cítriko provides mobile bartending, event staffing, coordination, rentals, and catering add‑ons as described on our website and in your specific quote or invoice (“Order”). Any changes must be agreed in writing.
2) Booking & Payment
- Deposit: 40% non‑refundable deposit due upon acceptance of the Order to secure your date.
- Balance: Remaining 60% due no later than 24 hours before service start, unless otherwise stated in your Order.
- Methods: Zelle or bank transfer (details provided on invoice/contract).
3) Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Client cancellation ≥ 14 days before the event: Deposit is retained; no further payment due.
- Client cancellation < 14 days before the event: 100% of the total quoted amount is due.
- Rescheduling: Subject to availability; paid amounts (less non‑recoverable costs) may be applied once to a new date within 6 months.
4) BYOB & Alcohol Responsibility
We operate under a BYOB model. We do not sell or provide alcohol unless a separate permit is arranged. Client purchases alcohol per our guidance. Client is responsible for compliance with all applicable alcohol laws and for guest conduct.
5) Insurance
We maintain liquor liability and general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If required, we can name Client and venue as Additional Insureds as specified in the Order.
6) Venue Access & Safety
- Client ensures timely venue access for setup/breakdown, adequate power/water (if applicable), and safe working conditions.
- Client is responsible for permits, approvals, and any venue fees unless otherwise stated in the Order.
7) Service Limits & Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests, or where safety is at risk.
- Menu/equipment substitutions of similar quality may occur due to availability.
8) Refunds
Except as stated in Section 3, all deposits/fees are non‑refundable once paid, but may be credited toward a reschedule per these Terms.
9) Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government action, utility outages). In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11) Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Cítriko harmless from claims arising out of Client’s violation of laws, venue rules, or these Terms, and from guest conduct.
12) Intellectual Property & Media
Our logos, menus, designs, and materials remain our property. Unless you opt out in writing, you grant us permission to use non‑sensitive event photos/videos for portfolio and marketing.
13) Privacy

14) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
