Our service is designed for hosts who care about presentation, timing, and a smooth guest experience.
Yes. We regularly support events in office buildings, residential buildings, venues, and managed properties that require COIs, vendor forms, loading instructions, or building approval. We always recommend sharing the venue requirements early so our team can review the wording and avoid last minute delays.
Our service typically includes professional bartenders, mobile bar setup, bar tools, ice, fresh mixers, garnishes, custom cocktail menus, cups, setup, breakdown, and unlimited drinks during the service window. Depending on the event, we can also include beer, wine, signature cocktails, mocktails, glassware, branding, and permit support.
Both options are available. Many clients prefer a full service experience where we handle the alcohol, mixers, and bar ingredients. We can also offer BYOB service if the host or venue prefers to provide alcohol while we handle the bar setup, fresh mixers, garnishes, tools, staffing, and service flow.
Yes. Signature cocktails are one of the strongest parts of the Cítriko experience. We can design drinks around the season, event style, brand colors, guest preferences, or a specific theme. The goal is to make the drinks feel special while still keeping service efficient and crowd friendly.
Yes. Drinks remain the star of the experience, but we also offer savory bites for clients who want everything in one place. This works especially well for office happy hours, private birthdays, cocktail parties, and events where guests need light bites alongside the bar.
Most setups need about 6 to 8 feet of width for the bar, plus a small prep area behind it. We can adapt to offices, rooftops, apartments, venues, lounges, and private homes. If the space has specific access rules, elevator timing, or loading instructions, we coordinate those details before the event.
For corporate events, venue based events, and larger celebrations, we recommend booking at least three to four weeks in advance when possible. This gives us enough time to confirm menu direction, staffing, COI requirements, permits if needed, and event logistics. Shorter timelines may still be possible depending on availability.
